Westar Energy, Inc. (NYSE:WR) announced that it has expanded its energy
marketing relationship with Kelson Energy, Inc. by renewing an existing
agreement for the Redbud Energy LLC and adding a new energy management
agreement for the Dogwood Energy LLC.
