gas turbines, two Aalborg 1975-E HRSG and one Toshiba DF-408 steam
turbine generator. BEC is interconnected to the ERCOT grid at Austin
Energy's Garfield Substation. BEC became operational in May 2002.
Centrica serves approximately 900,000 residential and commercial
customers in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Midland-Odessa and throughout
South and West Texas.

The larger Moose River station (12.5 MW) is located on the Moose

Village of Philadelphia in Jefferson County, New York.
Commissioned in 1986 and 1987, the combined generating capacity
of both stations is 16 MW, and the plants produce an average 60
