no longer operates as a NERC Region.
PJM continues to use the MAAC descriptor as a sub-region of PJM.

- Organization
of PJM States Inc, OPSI
- While this organization is not part of PJM, it would not
exist if PJM did not.
- OPSI consists of 14 member grouped into the following
three regions
- Mid-Atlantic - Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania.
- West - Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia.
- South - Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia.
