EPIS provides phone and email support for AURORAxmp and other EPIS products. Normal phone support hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Pacific Time excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
For emergency after-hours support, call and leave a message.
After-hours calls are monitored and will be returned as soon as possible.
