AURORAxmp Licensing fees

EPIS offers the extensible modeling capabilities of the AURORAxmp Electric Market Model including:

  • Electric Market Pricing
  • Long-term Capacity Planning
  • Portfolio Analysis
  • Resource Planning
  • Value Analysis
  • Uncertainty Analysis
  • North American Database.

These capabilities are provided for one annual license price.  There are no separate annual maintenance, upgrade, per-use or royalty fees.  Also, basic training for users is included.  There are three levels of licenses available: Single-User, Two-User, and Company License.  The licensing approaches and prices for North American licensees are described below:

  1. Single-User License - Use of AURORAxmp by one named user installed on any Licensee computer.
  2. Two-User License - Use of AURORAxmp by two named users installed on any Licensee computers.
  3. Company License - Use of AURORAxmp by any number of users installed on any Licensee computers.
  4. Enterprise License - Use of AURORAxmp any number of users within any affiliates and subsidiaries with a common parent or holding company.
  5. Internal Use Pricing - For non-exclusive annual license for a company or organization that uses AURORAxmp as a single-entity for its internal business purposes.
  6. Consulting Firm Pricing - For non-exclusive annual license for a consulting firm, business or organization in the business of selling modeling results to external clients.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (US$) and the above prices assume the standard provisions in EPIS License Agreements including but not limited to: 1) one payment due on the Effective Date of the License, 2) annual auto-renewal with full right to terminate at the end of any term without obligation, 3) no refunds for termination before the end of an annual term, 4) EPIS does not provide for software escrow, however, for an additional fee, source code is available and 5) governing law. Licensees may choose an alternate venue for an additional annual fee. Prices and Services are subject to change.
