Michael Gettings is the Executive Vice President of Pace Global Energy Risk Management, LLC. In this capacity, he leads the development and deployment of strategies and products to mitigate energy price risk as well as the implementation of cost reduction protocols within client-imposed risk boundaries. Mr. Gettings has over 30 years of energy-related experience including executive management, marketing, supply, power generation and regulatory economics, and risk management. Under his leadership, the Risk Management Division of Pace Global has designed and implemented sophisticated risk management programs for some of the largest utilities, IPPs, and industrial consumers of energy in the world. Mr. Gettings has been advisor to numerous Fortune 500 industrials, electric generating companies, and wholesale trading companies.
