    KN Power, a subsidiary of KN Energy, and Quixx Corp., a subsidiary of New Century Energies, announced a contract to provide Public Service Co. of Colorado with approximately 160 megawatts of power through a new natural gas-fired power plant in Ft. Lupton, Colorado, by May 1, 2000. The KN Power/Quixx joint venture is named Front Range Energy Associates, LLC
